Artwork created by True Image can be reproduced by us anytime and for any purpose, but you will be notified if this is the case. Any part of your receipt of artwork can be used for testimonials on this site only with a written permission from you.

Delivery

All finished artwork is carefully wrapped before posting. Prices shown on this website do not include postage and you will be notified of the full price including postage before paying a deposit.

Deposits & Cancellations

True Image requires a deposit before work begins. If you have paid a deposit and would like to cancel your order, you can do so within 7 days from the day of receipt of deposit. If cancelled within 7 days, your deposit will be returned to you in full. If you decide to cancel your order after the work on your portrait has begun, we require 50% of the full order price.
